Your responsibilities
- Working as part of team who support the business and offer suggestions to improve the processes
- Providing internal multi-functional support
- Contact with clients regarding orders, invoices, payments, shipments, deliveries
- Preparation of e-documents
Employer requirements
- Fluent in English (min. B2 level)
- Proficient in speaker of one of: German, Spanish, Italian, French, Danish, Lithuanian, Macedonian, Portugese
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good organizational skills
- Previous experience as Customer Service Specialist, Administration Specialist, Order Management Specialist, Logistics Specialist, Procurement Specialist, Purchasing Specialist is very welcomed
